Terms of Service

1. Service description

KitchenCheck AI lets you submit renovation project and quote information for an AI-assisted review. The service may provide observations, potential risks, questions to ask a contractor, and other decision-support information. The current paid product is the Full Quote Check Report for $9.90 USD as a one-time payment. No subscription is required.

2. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms and are at least the age of majority where you live. If you use the service for another person or household, you must have permission to submit their information.

3. User submissions

You are responsible for the information, text, and files you submit. You must have the right to submit that material and must not submit unlawful content, malicious code, or information that you are not authorized to share. Submit only information needed for the review.

4. AI-assisted content

Reports are generated with automated and AI-assisted processes. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific property, quote, location, or circumstances. You should review the output critically and verify important information independently.

5. Informational use and no professional advice

Reports are informational decision-support tools only. KitchenCheck AI does not provide professional legal advice, licensed construction advice, engineering advice, architectural advice, or guaranteed contractor vetting. The service does not guarantee project outcomes, cost savings, code compliance, permit approval, or contractor performance.

6. User responsibilities

You remain responsible for your renovation, contractor, design, permitting, and purchasing decisions. Before acting, consult appropriately licensed professionals, your contractor, and your local building or permitting department as needed.

7. Payment

The Full Quote Check Report costs $9.90 USD as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed through Paddle, and access to a paid report depends on verified payment processing. KitchenCheck AI does not require a recurring subscription. For refund information, see the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

KitchenCheck AI and its service materials, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You keep your rights in material you submit. You may use your generated report for your personal renovation decision-making, but you may not misuse the service or redistribute its underlying software or confidential materials.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit unauthorized content.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use automated access or reports to create a competing service without permission.
• Represent a KitchenCheck AI report as professional certification or a guarantee.

10. Availability and service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features and report formats. We will try to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, KitchenCheck AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from your use of the service or decisions made using a report. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent allowed by law.
